	James Zeleznik Owner General Manager James has been building in the Central Okanagan since 1988 and has worked in the industry since 1980. James is a certified Journeyman Carpenter He is a member of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association, registered as a 10-year new home warranted builder and is proud to be recognized as one of the areas top homebuilders James along with his team works with you through every step of the home building process
	Alex Hanna Project Manager – South Okanagan Area Alex has worked with James for the last 15 years Alex brings 23 years experience in Carpentry to the Jazel team 2 years in multi-family apartment framing and finishing 2 years commercial millwork & interior finishing 5 years single family residential framing 14 years residential finishing & custom cabinetry Alex works very closely with every trade who works on your home to ensure all is done professionally and completed on time
	Twyla Haynes Secretary Twyla is a long-time employee with Jazel Twyla strives to answer all of your questions Twyla is great at multi-tasking and she has an incredible memory for names and faces Twyla also cleans your newly finished home so it is ready for you to move in
	Debra Yanko Accounting & Administrative Supervisor Debra brings over 20 years experience in Accounting and Administration to the Jazel team Debra achieved a certificate in Business Accountancy. Debra works closely with James and the lawyers to ensure that all paperwork is completed on time for your new home Debra ensures the professionalism of the Jazel office Debra works with James to ensure that all billings related to your home are correct and accurate and your home remains on budget
